Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

The product is defective or damaged
There is a size-related issue
Any other genuine product-related concern, subject to review and approval by our team

Return Timeframe

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted.

We recommend checking the product immediately upon delivery.

Our team will guide you through the next steps. All return requests are reviewed individually to ensure a fair resolution

Return Process

Once a return request is approved:

  • Our team will guide you on pickup or return instructions
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all tags intact
  • Further steps will be communicated clearly by the selling executive

Exchanges

Exchanges, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Important Notes

  • Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or missing tags may not be eligible for return
  • Final approval of returns or exchanges rests with Aadi Ethnic
  • This assisted process helps us maintain quality and customer satisfaction
